Accessible on Instagram at @HiltonGardenInn beginning today, the guide is the first ever travel handbook created using the popular app's photo map feature. The "HGI Travel Guide" invites consumers to capture and share images of their favorite "go to" spots- anything from the best local bar to the most romantic spot for live jazz-simply using the @HiltonGardenInn handle.
To celebrate the launch, @HiltonGardenInn Instagram followers who suggest a point of interest and post photos of their favorite locations tagged with #HGITravelGuide will be entered in the HGI Travel Guide Contest*. A panel of judges will narrow down the 50 most liked photos and select two lucky fans to win a trip to one of Hilton Garden Inn's new properties in Hawaii's Kauai or Waikiki.
