MCLEAN, Va. - Top Hilton Garden Inn hotels who performed exceptionally in customer loyalty and quality were recently recognized with the presentation of several key brand awards including Connie Hotel of the Year, General Manager of the Year and Director of Sales of the Year. 

Three hotels took home a Connie Hotel of the Year Award winners this year: Hilton Garden Inn Durham/University Medical Center, NC (North America winner) and Hilton Garden Inn Corlu, Turkey and Hilton Garden Inn Kirov, Russia (International winners) were selected for this award based on three criteria:

  • Quality assurance audits measuring cleanliness, condition and brand standards
  • Customer satisfaction scores which rate each hotel’s staff in terms of service
  • Quality of the hotel’s accommodations

The prestigious Connie Award is named after Hilton founder Conrad Hilton.
